Hi Trish, I am using Outlook but I think OE works about the same. After I open the email, I shift+ tab which moves the cursor up to the attachment line. I then right arrow and JAWS should speak the name of the attachment. I then hit the application key and arrow to copy. Press enter on Copy. The picture is now on the clip board and you can paste it into whatever folder you want. After placing it where you want, you can press the application key again for a list of options where you can select from a list of things to do with the file. I usually place any pictures in the "My Pictures" folder, where I rename the picture if needed.
