Here's what you can do to have that balloon stay up longer. 1. Windows key U for the eaze of access center.
2. Now tab and press enter on "use the computer without a display". 3. Now tab until you hear how long should windows notification dialog boxes stay open and it will be a combobox, so use your up and down arrow keys to make your selection. You will have five seconds all the way up to five minutes. If you continue to tab after making your selection, you will see the versions of jaws or any other screen reader, so check the box you would like to make the change for. In other words, if you have jaws 11, jaws 12 and jaws 13 but only want this for jaws 13, just check jaws 13 and tab to ok. However, if you would like it for all of your screen readers, check all of them and then finish it out with the space bar on ok.
