Hello all. I am using Windows XP and when I tried to install MSE, I got the following error message. Microsoft Security Essentials installation error Microsoft Cannot complete the Security Essentials installation Security Essentials An error has prevented the Security Essentials setup wizard from completing successfully. Please restart your computer and try again. Get help on this issue. Error code:0x80070643 Close
I don't currently have any other virus protections on my machine and I have restarted it before attempting the installation. If anyone has any ideas as to what this message means and how I can install MSE, please let me know. Thanks.
