1, create new message, 2, press, alt+p=options, 3, now press the letter "b". If you just want to move to another folder, to view the content, you can either use the folder treeview, if available, or press ctrl+y to get the list of folders, and arrow to the one you want to go to, and press enter. ctrl+i should bring you back to your inbox. About your second question: Press ctrl+n for beginning a new message, Press shift+tab once, and you should get to a button, where you can get the cc field and bcc field visable or hidden, so press once on this button, and both the cc and bcc field should appear in the tab view when you have started a new message.
