Sorry for taking so long, but here are some directions for turning on and
off the Internet security protected mode.

Here's How:
1. Open Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) or Internet Explorer 9 (IE9).
2. Click on Tools menu and then Internet Options.
3. In the Security tab, select the zone that you want to turn protected mode
on or off in.
4. To Turn On Protected Mode

A) Check the Enable Protected Mode box, and click on Apply.
Go to step 6.
5. To Turn Off Protected Mode
A) Uncheck the Enable Protected Mode box, and click on Apply.
6. Repeats steps 3 to 5 if you want to turn protected mode on or off for any
other zone.
7. When done, click on OK.
8. Close and reopen Internet Explorer to apply.

I am using windows 7, jaws 13.0 and outlook 2010. When I go on the
innernet jaws says innernet protected mode on one hundred percent.
Could someone tell me what this is and how to turn it off if I wanted to?
