Hello Greg,
If you go to the Colum you want to change the with of and select the Colum
by pressing control spacebar then press the application key you get a Colum
with option. I hope this helps

Thanks for your suggestions. What I need to do is to adjust column width in
a spread sheet. I can go to the ribbon using alt+u but cannot find the
format choice. When I try control+1 I do go to a format menu but cannot
find one that will allow me to adjust column width. I used to be able to go
to that menu item by using alt+h+o. However all of a sudden that stopped
working.
