Not such a dumb question... Since that link is too long just to click or hit Enter on, highlight the whole link and then go on Internet Explorer or whatever browser you use and then hit File and Open, then paste that link in the address bar that just came up and hit OK. Short way for that is Control Plus O and then paste in the link...
