That seems to be the nature of the beast my friend. My thought is because it
has something to do with the operating system itself and there is nothing we
can do about it.  

I've done a lot of tandem sessions myself and if your mouse even freezes up
then the person on the other end has to authorize you or you're sunk.

Hi All,

Has anyone got any tips for getting past the UAC screen on remote PC when
using jaws tandam. I have tried using the "Alt + Y" to accept what I am
doing for example installing software on another persons computer but
everything seems to lock up and I get no response. My only way around it was
to contact the person whose computer I am trying to work on and get them
there to choose the "Yes button" and only then can I regain control.
