Do your research first. As a transcriptionist myself, I would advise
against starting into the field these days. Things are becoming less, not
more accessible these days. Most companies require lots of editing work and
little typing, and it's harder for a blind person to make good money doing
that.
Lots of schools are willing to take your money. I don't think that will
change any time soon.
