David If its of any use I have had trouble as well, I removed my old version and reinstalled an ew fresh complete version from FS, it still did not work properly. However I believe I have now sorted it, I may be wrong but when I ran the downloaded executable file as an administrator all seems well, unfortunately I forgot to do this on my first execution of the file.
