Hello Steven,

When in a folder list use Alt+F followed by Alt+T to move into the Outlook
options.  Use the letter "A" in the categories list to move to the advanced
options.  You can then use Alt+E to move to the checkbox to check if you
want items in the deleted folder deleted when exiting Outlook.  Use the
spacebar to check or uncheck the box.  Press enter key to save changes.
