It mostly depend on the app and how much accessibility is written
into the code. Most call center apps are web based and give problems
to most screen readers. Just because its web based don't mean its
accessible. See html code witch is all accessible to web based app
only has the look and function of html and needs the accessibility
written in with regular code.
