Hello try
Alt+f=file,
Up arrow enter on options,
3, down arrow until you hear calendar,
4, now tab until you hear,
Default reminders which should be checked,
5, tab one more time, arrow and make change,
Then tab okay.

1, ctrl+#2=calendar;
2, press applications key, and enter on new appointment.
Now use the tab key and fill in the information.
