Hi there. If you go to the Jaws Users web site, you will find several freem programs which might suit your needs. Your problem with Microsoft systems is based in the fact that you are using Jaws 11, which cannot easily navigate ribbon type displays. However, there are several programs on that site which will certainly provide what you need.
