David, I got everything done with the quick steps toolbar. The problem I'm having is with the alt h part. If I have a message closed but highlighted, I hit alt+h I get the home tab. I arrow down and get new, delete, respond, quick steps, move, tags, find, and send/receive. I've obviously done something wrong but I don't know what. Thanks for your help. Karen
