To change server port settings in outlook2003,
Alt+t=tools,
A=email accounts,
Select View or change existing e-mail accounts
Enter on the Next button
Use arrow key to highlight the email account to modify - this will cause
it to become highlighted
Enter on the Change... button
Now go to more settings button,
You now should be on the general tab,
Ctrl+tab to advance and make your server port changes.

Give the following a try;
1, open MSOutlook2010.
2, alt+f=file.
3, now tab you will see,
Selected account,
Then your account,
4, tab twice,
You will hear,
Account settings drop down,
Press enter,
Again you will hear;
Account settings... press enter.
5, tab to change press enter.
6, now tab to more settings press enter.
7, shift+tab=general,
Right arrow to advance,
Now tab and make your incoming and outgoing server port changes.

its on an XP machine and i am using jaws 13 one version back.
i need to know how to do this both on XP and windows 7 if there is any
difference.
to clearify, i need to change the port numbers to the correct port numbers
for my pop3 and sntp server settings.
