1. Go to computer, press enter. 2. Highlight the usb drive you want to safely remove, do not open it. 3. press application key. 4. Press the letter j. 5. Your computer will say, It is safe to remove the selected drive. 6. Now, just pull out the USB drive. I hope this helps... Jim:
