I know of some free, but inaccessible, programs that will convert from
pdf to word. You can do it (accessibly) in Abbyy FineReader - larger
files in the paid version.

Word 2010. Go into menu with alt key, then arrow right until you hear
pdf and then enter and you will see the option to save the file as a
pdf.
