Log In Automatically In Windows 8 Windows 8 requires you to log manually, by default, each time your system starts. To automatically log in, hold down the Windows key and press "R." Next, type netplwiz and press Enter to open User Accounts. Remove the checkmark from Users Must Enter A Password To Use This Computer and click OK. *** Install Any Application In Windows 8 By default, Windows 8 only allows you to install applications from digitally signed apps from the Windows store. To install any programs you download, open GPEdit.msc, and scroll down to browse for App Package Deployment under Windows Components. Double-click Allow All Trusted Apps To Install and select OK.
