I use alt o then r to get you directly there

If you are referring to the message rules, you will find them under the
folder tab. So, again you press alt O then tab until you hear message rules
button and press enter. I hope this helps.

Ok, where did they hide the rules. I have the new group folder now want to
change a rule. They did a good of hiding them in the latest windows live
mail. I can not locate under file, options alt o the junk settings. what
shell is the pea under?
