Hi.
Go to user accounts and make sure you have only one account on the laptop.
The guest account and your personal account are the only ones that should be
there.
If there is another one there delete it.

Subject: passwords

Good morning,
well, my lap top keep keeps asking me for my user name and password and I
don't have one, and I have never used one before.
how can I get this dialog box to stop comeing up?
It won't play the windows music unless I enter a password or user name, if I
enter on "ok" then it will go away and the music will chime in,then all is
ok but how can I have my lap top not ask me for the user name and password?

lap top,xp,jaws 11,windows office 2010
thanks
