Hi Russ Hubley.
Bing is both a search engine and a toolbar, that comes with the Windows Live
Essensials package.
For those that want's to bee rid of this, it is best to unselect the bing
when installing the Windows Live, otherwise it can be a litle frustrating to
get out of the system again.

I checked my Windows updates and found an optional update, Bing. This seems
to be kind of a search engine. Has anyone had any experience with this?
