not sure which key that is, all I do when in an e mail is to simply press
shift and "r"
or if I am on an e mail and in a group I just enter on "reply to sender" and
a blank e mail with the individual's info is on the "to" box

Has anyone used the Reply directly to sender, Insert+Shift+R feature
successfully? The results I get when using this feature differ as in some
cases, it will work as expected and in other cases it will input the
mailing
list address. I have tried it with JAWS 10, 11, 12 and 13 with the same
result.
