Things like that have happened to me as well. They have sometimes told me that I did not have Adobe Flash installed, even though I have the latest version installed. Try going to the site again, and see what happens. Also, make sure that Javascript is enabled in IE. This seems to sometimes make a difference for some reason. Andy
