Hi Sue. These instructions work only if the Ribbon Navigation function is activated.
1. Press the Alt key to activate the Menus. 2. Your system will open with the focus on the Home tab. Tab until you hear "Folders". 3. Press Enter to open that option and then arrow down until you hear "New". 4. Press enter on the New option and you will be asked to name the folder. A bit of a warning here, Sue. If you are focused on one of the folders such as the In basket, the system may try to create the folder within the In Box. If that happens, you can focus on the new folder, then open the menus and locate the "Move" option. That will give you the chance to move the folder into your Personal Folders list.
