Well, navigation pane should be set to normal;
Reading pane set to off,
The to-do-bar set to off,
Also in the view menu,
In the toolbar sub menu,
Standard should be checked,
Also in the view menu,
Make sure the status bar is checked.

I apologize if this message reached the list earlier.

I am running jaws 13, on a windows 7 home premium machine, with outlook
2007. Here is the problem.

When I open a folder with unread messages in it, I have to tab over past, an
edit field, search button and expand the query button before I get to the
list of unread messages. I should be able to open the folder, and see the
unread messages right off. It did it in the past before yesterday. Any ideas
on what to do? My reading pain is set to off. And I run outlook maximized.
