Hi there David I'm using MS Outlook Express with win7 and Jaws'12_03 on 64_b and the unwanted files are in the Inbox. I've emptied all the files to be deleted, but when I go to delete the empty files I just can't seem to get in to the menu to delete them. Any more advice would be welcome. Mick dubo. Scouse.

You will get a dialogue asking if you are sure that you want to delete this folder, tab to yes & press the spacebar. Hope this helps. Take care.
