If your wanting to change the sort order, from ascending to descending, Or the 
other way,

1, alt+v=view,

2, now tab until you hear;
Arrange by,
Press enter or the spacebar,

3, shift+tab, enter on, view settings,

4, now tab enter on,
Sort....button.

If you want to use keystrokes,

Alt+v/a/b/v
Now look for;
Sort....button.
