Do you have another screen reader on your machine? If so you could try using that screen reader to enter the password and see if it works. It gets messed up from my computer to their server. They go into my account establish a new password and send it to me. I have no idea where it is. I had several new ones sent and tried with jaws 12 and it failed. Another new temp was sent to me and tried it with jaws 11. I had them send me yet another.
