Sir, If you go to the Freedom Scientific site, down load the one you have directly from the site. Put it in a folder marked Freedom Scientific. Then run from there and pay attention and you will hear Jaws say a list of things you can do and one is repairing jaws. Just enter on it and bingo! Just make sure you have no other programs running as they suggest. Cause you will have to reboot at the end. and follow the wizard on coming back on line. Geno
