Hi When someone comes online to Skype, not only do I hear a tone, JAWS will also read the name of the person who has just came online. However, for the past few days, I only hear the tone but JAWS did not announce the names. Could it be because that I have updated to JAWS 13.0.1005? Or do you know what settings for JAWS I need to make? I'm using a Windows 7 64-BIT laptop running the latest version of Skype 5. Thank you for any help.
