Put in your password and enter as you would and than insert + escape to
refresh the screen. Don't know why they don't have a way to roll back JAWS
if it doesn't work with their updates.

You might want to download the full build of JAWS 13, build 1005 from the
Download Load page for JAWS on the FS site, and run a repair over top of
the build you have installed now. If you are still having an issue,
please call the support department so they can help you get to the bottom
of it.

Sorry if this has been covered, but yet again this laptop screwed up and
I lost all messages. Since I installed the latest JAWS update my JAWS has
been crashing or something where I have to dump it and bring it via a
shortcut. Have any of you experienced this? If so, is there a fix or
anything like that? Thanks.
