Hi David, Try the following; 1. While in Outlook Express, press Insert + D, to open the dictionary manager & press control, shift + D, to open the default dictionary manager. 2. Tab to Add, & press the spacebar to open this edit field. You are now on the Actual field & this is where you type in the word the way it actually is so, type in, blindtech. 3. Tab 1 time & you will be on the Replacement field. This is where you type the word the way you want Jaws to read it so, type in blind tech. 4. Tab to okay & press the spacebar. Press Alt + F4 to close & you will get a dialogue asking you if you want to save the changes to the dictionary manager so, press the spacebar or enter on, yes. Hope this helped. Take care.
