Hello, While in ie9: choose tools: choose internet options: you will be placed or start at the General Options tab.
carefully notice each option on the General options tab. while looking for: Tab Browsing settings
Enter on tab browser settings tab until you find: Warn me when closing multable tabs: (first or second option) make sure it is checked continue until you reach ok enter on ok and close internet options. HTH
