How did you used to do it before? Now one way to do it, that I know
still works, is: Insert + 6 Settings Center; control shift d for
DEFAULT; then in the edit type insert. Insert Mode will be one of the 4
results that come up. Press F6, then you are in the dialogue. Unless you
can enable the numpad to echo JAWS commands, you'd initially need two
hands for that.
