How to access Identities in WindowsMail; 1. While in WindowsMail, press Alt + T, for tools, & press the letter A, for accounts. 2. Route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor & press the page-up key to take the cursor to the top of the page. 3. Arrow down & highlight the Identity you want to work with. Now, do a left mouse click on this Identity, & go back to the PC cursor by pressing the PC cursor key. 4. You now have the Identity you want to work with accessible. You can tab through this dialogue box to Import / Export or, make other changes. If you need to access the properties to make changes to your server settings or other pages / tabs in properties press Alt + P, right here as well. Take care.
