folks if you go to my grab bag site: http://grabbag.alacorncomputer.com and download my helpful hints zip file for windows 7 i think you will find your answer if you follow the tips on "the reading pain" that seems to have been scattered all through the new ms system, turn it off in outlook or live mail and in the operating system along with the preview pain and i think your problems will clear up.
