The only thing I can think of is that under settings center / keyboard there is the option to differentiate between numpad keys and extended keys. You may want to take a look at that. Hello all, I am running JAWS 13(latest version) on a new Acer desktop running Windows7 home premium 64bit. Something strange is going on with the settings of JAWS I believe. Certain keystrokes have stopped working or they don't do what I normally expect them to do. Firstly, the command control plus F to do a find does not work at all. Also, when I use control plus shift plus any of the arrow keys to select it does not say the expected. It says the keystroke instead of the selected text. Now this only happens with the four normal arrow keys and not the ones on the numpad which work as expected. I know it is something to do with JAWS because everything works as expected when using NVDA. What can I try to do to find the issue?
