When you go to the webpage where you can download the Realspeak solo Direct
voice's, the system it self find's out whether you are running a 32 bit
system or a 64 bit system.
Nothing to worry about.

The Real Speak that came with JAWS 9is the SAPI 5 version. And as far as I
know, that version will not install on a Windows 64 bit system. The voices
that can be loaded are for Real Speak Solo Direct and will work with 64 bit
Windows. Also freedom Scientific has said that Real Speak Solo Direct
performs better than the SAPI 5 version. When you install one or more of
these voices, the Real Speak synthesizer will automatically appear in the
list

Hi,
I have the real speak cd that came with jaws 9.
I'm trying to install it under win7 64 bit.
I've run the install as admin and changed the compatibility mode to xp sp2.
It says this program won't run under 64 bit.
I've been told it can be done, ideas?
