Flor:

Everything is lower case and, as I said, the ISP people entered it as I normally would and it worked. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Flor Lynch" <[email protected]>

Your password is probably case sensitive. Make sure your capslock is off when typing it. Failing that, if it's mixed case then try it all in one case (such as lowercase).

Subject: [JAWS-Users] ISP Confusion

To All Listers:

I am hoping someone has an answer to a confusing issue. I tried to log into my ISP's website. After inputting my user name and password, I got a message that my account cannot be verified at this time. After this happening four times, I called them and they used the same user name and password, and it was successful. Could something be wrong with my internet settings or something like that, or has my Dell laptop lost it's everlovin' mind?

Thanks.
Jerry
