[JAWS-Users] Text boxes

Is there a way to have JAWS read a total document that includes text 
boxes?  I can use control-shift-o to show the text boxes separately 
from the document, but it would be better to just see the whole 
thing.  Would converting the doc to text make them display?  Is there 
another work-around?
