you probably had some one answer this but, if you have alot of things, or
programs running on your start menu, this could be the issue

I did a windows cleanup a couple days ago. When I turn my PC on, jaws now
sstarts talking about two or three minutes. What can I do to correct this
issue? It doesn't say jaws for windows is ready almost after 2 imutes.
