If you're having an issue with the install, please call support. They will be 
happy to work with you and see what could be the issue getting it installed.

Hi,

I tried to install JAWS 14.  I got a error saying that one of the components 
failed to extract.  Then, it acted like it was proceeding anyway.  It prompted 
me to press OK to restart the computer a couple times and then, after the last 
restart, Windows booted normally, using JAWS 13, with no further mention of the 
JAWS14 update, as though I had never run the JAWS 14 installer.  Is anybody 
else running into problems?
