Try this: When the JAWS cursor follows the PC cursor (unbidden), Press
the ctrl+JAWSKey+NumpadMinus keys once to alter that state. Now, "the
JAWS cursor will not follow the PC cursor." Now again press those keys,
twice quickly. That's the recommended method and is supposed to work
across all applications until you reverse the change. (14 is beta
software.)

Really not sure about that, don’t think I have any custom scripts on
here apart from blindtunes and skype. But who knows there is so much
it’s a job to remember. I guess there is no way of disabling it??

Do you have any custom scripts that tether the jaws to pc cursor?
I had that situation. My custom scripts didn't consistently untether
the cursors when moving away from the application and was a real
problem until I fixed it.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] cursor issue
HI
Please can anyone advise me why every so often my jaws cursor starts
following my pc cursor, I am not using the keystroke to do it but for
some reason it keeps happening.
It really messes things up like alt tabbing etc.
