I just hit enter on it and that always brings up there menu, and if
not then I min to the desktop and tab over to it. Then hit the
spacebar and that will bring it up.

I find the only way to close Skype is to go to the program in the
task bar and press the application key on it, where you will get the
option to quit skype and this is where my main issue is because
using shift f10 will not give the option to quit skype and the
application key is silent..
