Yes. JAWS+j to open the JAWS dialog, alt+o to open the options menu, down arrow to voices and right arrow to open the sub menu and hit enter on the first item called voice adjustment.
Here you can select which synthesizer and/or voice to use. Eloquence is the default but you can use other synths with JAWS. >From JAWS 14 and newer Vocalizer Direct voices is also supported and they can be downloaded from FS's website.
