Yes.
JAWS+j to open the JAWS dialog, alt+o to open the options menu, down arrow to 
voices and right arrow to open the sub menu and hit enter on the first item 
called voice adjustment.

Here you can select which synthesizer and/or voice to use.
I have Eloquence, Realspeak Solo and SAPI 5.

Yes. Eloquence is the default but you can use other synths with JAWS.
>From JAWS 14 and newer Vocalizer Direct voices is also supported and they 
can be downloaded from FS's website.
You can also use voices/synths that are SAPI 5 compatible like Ivona and 
Acapela should work fine as well.

I suppose most people would prefer eloquence over any other voice since its
what they are use to. My question is, and not limited to, can JAWS be
configured to work with alternatives to eloquence?
