If you're using IE9, then you're probably dealing with split buttons. I
access BookShare with IE9 all the time. Once you click on the download
button for a particular book, you have to press the alt+n command to bring
up the various buttons for open, save, cancel. When you're on either the
open or save split buttons, you can arrow down to the action you would
prefer. It's pretty easy.

Hi, I started this thread. I was asking, because I can no longer use IE9to
get my books from Bookshare, with it.

For some unknown reason, I am able to do so with Firefox.
