[JAWS-Users] contacts crashing

Hi list. I recall about a year ago, someone had problems with windows contacts 
crashing in vista, and someone on the list came up with a solution involving 
some settings changes. I recently had to reformat my hard drive in vista, and 
now have the same problem. Can anyone please repeat the instructions? Thanks in 
advance.
