Hi In the Outlook 2010 calendar, I prefer the Active view. In this view all of your future appointments will show in a list that you can arrow up or down to find what you want. They are listed in date order, one per line. If you want to see or change the details, just press the enter key on the one you want. If I need to look at a past appointment I switch to the List view, which will give you the same list, but with both previous and future appointments.
