If it's data, Just coppy the files to the disk threw windows explorer and choose burn to disk in the file menu. If it's audio, same thing but if you want it to be a regular CD that you play in a regular CD player, you tell it so, and Windows Media player will load burn list created and every thing. Just hit the burn button and there it goes.
